• Sakura Promo rate of PHP 500 is valid for Tourist visa applications inclusive of Multiple Entry requests.
• Sakura Promo is only valid for Japan Tourist Visa applications filed during the indicated promo period
• Sakura Promo is only applicable for Japan Tourist Visa applications with complete documents/requirements physically submitted to UHI Makati or Cebu Offices.
• Payments shall be made during the visit and submission at UHI Makati or Cebu offices.
• Sakura Promo is subject to additional courier fees if availed at UHI CEBU OFFICE.
• Acceptable modes of payment are Cash, Gcash, or online bank transfer and shall only be accepted upon submission of visa application documents.
• This offer is only valid at indicated official Universal Holidays Inc. Makati and Cebu offices.
• Cancellation of applications that has been assessed and processed means forfeiture of the service fees.
• Authorization letter will strictly be required to applications submitted via an authorized representative
• UHI will conduct a mandatory video or call verification for applications submitted via a representative.
• UHI WILL ACCEPT APPLICATION/s from Mondays to Fridays from 8:30AM to 4:00PM, and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 11:30AM.
