FLIGHTS

Most airlines issue electronic tickets (eTickets), which can be printed out on plain paper. This eliminates the need for paper tickets previously issued by airlines. eTickets are more convenient as there is no need to pick up paper tickets from airline offices, and that it can be reprinted in case you misplace your copy.

Baggage allowances may vary per airline. Your issued eTicket itinerary receipt will indicate your allowable baggage check-in allowance either by weight (kilograms) or by piece.

If you wish to cancel your eTicket, please contact us. We will review cancellation penalties with you and advise of any applicable refund.

GENERAL/BOOKING/PURCHASE

Should you wish to avail of these discounts, please call the airline/hotel directly. For experience packages, no further discounts are offered unless noted on the details.

Please bear in mind that some flights/hotels/packages are on a book and buy basis and may not be eligible for a refund. If you are unsure of the restrictions of your purchase, please contact our customer experience officers to check this for you.
