Step 2: SELECT YOUR TOUR PACKAGE

Talk to our friendly Travel Counselors for the availability and payment options. 50% DP is required, inclusive of the visa processing fee. The visa fee will be deducted from the package in case of denial. For cancellation of the package, once Visa has been issued, applicable penalties will apply.

Step 3: SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS (Passport, Application Form w/ Picture)

Travel Counselors will safe-keep your documents for ERFS processing (7 to 10 working days). Once the ERFS is secured, the TC will forward your application to the Japan Visa team. Visa processing time will take 5 to 10 working days.

Step 4: PASSPORT RELEASE WITH VISA RESULT

Pay the full amount of the package and coordinate with the Travel Counselor for corresponding vouchers and other travel requirements to include itinerary discussion.

Step 5: MANDATORY RT-PCR TESTING 72HRS PRIOR DEPARTURE IS REQUIRED

Coordinate with your respective Travel Counselor for the schedule.

Step 6: SECURE TRAVEL INSURANCE

Pay and Finalize the travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage.

Step 7: TRAVEL BRIEFING

Final reminders may be given.
