Reminders1. Infants (age 5 and younger) can participate free of charge, but they will not be provided bus seats or a free pass. If bus seats are required, please make a booking for them at the Child rate. Also, while their admission to Fuji-Q Highland is free of charge, if using a free pass, please pay an additional infant rate (age 1-5) of JPY 1,700 - JPY 2,000. (The additional infant rate is subject to change.)
2. Lunch is not included on this tour. Please eat lunch on your own.
3. Tour guide accompaniment ends at Highland Resort Hotel & Spa. From here on, participants are to enjoy their time on their own.
4. Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.
5. If the Fuji Subaru Line to Mt. Fuji's 5th station is blocked due to road surface freezing, accidents, or weather conditions the tour will be taken to the highest elevation point possible. No alternative destinations are planned when the tour reaches beyond the 1st Station. When the tour has to turn back at the 1st station, or when the Fuji Subaru Line is completely blocked, the tour will visit Fujisan World Heritage Center or Oishi Park. Please note that an alternative itinerary may also be omitted depending on road conditions.
6. Open hours for Fuji-Q Highland may be altered without prior notice due to congestion or other reasons. Also, attractions may not be operating due to inclement weather, inspection, repair, or other reason. Please note that the tour will proceed even in such cases, and refunds will not be issued.
7. Time to be spent at Fuji-Q Highland and sightseeing spots may be shortened due to road conditions and other circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Fuji-Q Highland Ticket Details: Includes admission, unlimited rides on attractions, plus admission to Fujiyama Museum. Also, receive a discount on admission at Fujiyama Onsen by showing the free pass.
Additional charges apply for the Super Scary Labyrinth of Fear, special events, ice skates rental, bowling alley, and coin-operated attractions. Age and height limits vary by attraction. Furthermore, only guests who are in good health may ride thrill attractions. Please visit the facility website for details.
