Send Visa Application via Courier

1. Check the updated list of requirements for the type of visa you are applying for. Upon complying with the requirements, scan all your COMPLETE documents and email it to japanvisa@universalholidays.com for pre-assessment.

2. One of our Japan Visa Service Assessment team will be in contact with you via email. For email assessment, you will be receiving an email regarding the standard procedures and payment arrangements. We accept bank deposits, online bank transfers and send money thru bank via Gcash.

3. Completely fill up the Quotation Form and send proof of payment for verification. Only fully paid applications will be assessed and processed.

4. If payment has been verified, our Japan Visa Assessment team will contact you via email within 24 hrs. for the result of the assessment and instructions on how to send the original documents. We would be conducting a video call verification of applicants. Gentle reminder that all video call verification will be recorded.

6. All Service Fees, including Assessment Fee are non-refundable regardless of the Cancellation/ Granting / Withdrawal / Termination/ Denial of application.

7. Please be reminded that all original documents submitted will not be returned by the Embassy of Japan except for the passport. Only supporting documents such as ITR, SEC/DTI, DSWD Clearance, Parental Consent are allowed to be submitted in photocopy. We encourage you to bring the original and photocopy of these documents before going to the office for verification purposes.

8. The standard processing period is (5) five working days from the day we submitted your application to the Japan Embassy. However, in some cases it may take longer than that especially if there’s a need to verify the submitted documents. It is recommended that you submit your visa application at least a month before the scheduled date of departure.

9. You will receive a system generated notification via email/SMS once application/s has/have been lodged to the Embassy of Japan, when the passport/s is/are ready for collection, and when the documents and/or passports are being delivered by the preferred courier service. As such, we encourage all applicants to provide both an email address and mobile number.

Visit our Office to personally submit documents

1. Check the updated list of requirements for the type of visa you are applying. Comply with the list of requirements and bring the COMPLETE and ORIGINAL documents.

2. For a face-to-face application, Appointment booking is now required to all applicants who would want to visit Universal Holidays Inc. office for the following services: applying for a japan visa, submission of documents after Online Assessment and releasing of passports.

4. Register and choose the service you want to avail. Once booking is confirmed you may visit our office UNIVERSAL HOLIDAYS, INC. at the Ground Floor, Dusit Thani Manila, Ayala Center, Makati City 1223 on your preferred date and time of visit.

UHI is open daily (except Sundays and Holidays) with the following schedule:
Monday to Friday
* Japan Visa Processing - 08:30 AM to 03:00 PM
* Acceptance of other Visa Application – 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM
* Releasing of Passport – 08:30 AM to 03:00 PM

Saturday
* Visa Application and Releasing – 08:30 AM to 11:00 AM

Things to remember before going to UHI
•    Be sure to book your visit using the appointment system
•    Show your booking confirmation to UHI Guard on duty (screenshot / picture will be accepted)
•    No Booking / No Entry
•    No Face Mask & Face shield / No Entry
•    Please bring your own Ballpen for safety reasons
•    Arrive at least 10mins before the scheduled appointment

5. Due to the strict implementation of health and safety protocol, only one (1) applicant is allowed to enter the office premises. For group applications, we will allow an authorized representative either a relative, company representative, or one of the applicants to submit the applications. Kindly ensure to submit an authorization letter signed by all applicants and present a copy of valid IDs

6.Present your booking confirmation to UHI Guard on duty in order to be allowed to enter the office premises. Remember to follow the health & safety protocols being observed inside the office premises.

7. Service Fee aside from the Embassy Fee per applicant (based on the type of visa) will be collected once we process your application. All Service Fees, including Assessment Fee are non-refundable regardless of the Cancellation/ Granting / Withdrawal / Termination/ Denial of application.
